Welcome to Gifts.artsNprints.com, an online platform of Newtech Corporation of India (est. 1984). By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Gifts.artsNprints.com.

  • By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental/guardian supervision.

  • Arts N Prints reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Customization

  • We offer a wide range of gifting products including personalized items (metal, wooden, acrylic, fabric, and more).

  • Customization (engraving, printing, branding) is done based on the design approved by the customer during order confirmation.

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may slightly vary due to screen display differences or raw material variations.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed only after 100% advance payment.

  • Payments are accepted through secure online gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets).

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at present.

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled once production has started, especially for customized items.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We provide doorstep delivery across India via trusted courier/logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

  • Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

  • International delivery will be introduced soon.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Since most products are custom-made, returns/cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.

  • In case of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivered:

    • Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

    • Replacement/refund will be processed after verification.

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice depending on raw material and logistics fluctuations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, product images, designs, and trademarks on Gifts.artsnprints.com are the intellectual property of Arts N Prints / Newtech Corporation of India.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Liability Limitation

  • Arts N Prints is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for customer errors in customization inputs (wrong spelling, logo file, or size details).

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
