At Arts N Prints (Newtech Corporation of India, est. 1984), we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized gifting products. Since most of our items are made-to-order, please review the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customised Products: Returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has started, as these items are made specifically for you.

  • Non-Customised Products: Returns may be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp/email for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong delivery.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

  • Once customisation/production has started, cancellation is not possible.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for verified cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item delivered.

  • Replacement timelines depend on product type and stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized gifts

  • Products purchased under clearance or special discount offers

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
