At Arts N Prints (Newtech Corporation of India, est. 1984), we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized gifting products. Since most of our items are made-to-order, please review the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility

Customised Products: Returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has started, as these items are made specifically for you.

Non-Customised Products: Returns may be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp/email for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once customisation/production has started, cancellation is not possible.
5. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered for verified cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item delivered.
